It worked but required frequent pw entry (each time closed/reopened laptop) 5. Room: clean, quiet, flat TV - it didn't have CNBC but said it did so this should be corrected) 4. Whoever is wrong - this should be corrected. Also despite showing clerk tripadvisor page where it says 'FREE Breakfast', clerk said ''it's not free". Checkin: phone kept ringing, only the 1 front desk clerk who kept answering (this was not at an ungodly hour but 6 pm) took 15 min b/c phone & # checking in.
The return shuttle left 5 min late, stopped at Super8 where the guests had to be found (driver went in to find them) & ended up taking 20 min to get to our terminal. When I called Hotel it arrived 20 min later.
Shuttle to/from: Free, runs every 30 minutes, shared with Super8 which is 1/4 mile away. A bit subpar for HI & as an airport hotel: 1.
